Hello,
A factory data reset can be carried out for a number of reasons. You can do this when your tablet no longer connects to your WiFi, the tablet is running slow or any other software bugs that you may experience. This will reset the tablet to factory settings (original structure) as a new tablet and resolved most issues.
To do this please go to your Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset > Erase everything.
Please be aware that when doing this procedure this will delete your files which you have currently saved on to the device.
We do advise that you save the files you wish to keep on to a micro SD memory card or transfer the files on to a PC.
