If you are having problems with turning your device on, we recommend that you try the following steps:
The charging cable you are currently using may be faulty. We advise that you try charging the tablet through the USB lead, or an alternative mains adapter (please ensure it is the same voltage).
If this is unsuccessful then your tablet may require a reset. To do this, while the tablet is on charge press the reset button which can be found on the back or side of your device. You will need a small pin of some sort.
Once you have completed this process, try to turn the device on using the power button as normal.
