Hello,
If you wish to reset your windows tablet, please see the instructions below. Unfortunately this reset only works if you are logged into the tablet with the account that was set up.
To reset your tablet please follow the steps provided:
1). Slide left on your home screen.
2). When the side bar appears, click into 'Settings'
3). At the bottom of the side bar, go to 'Change PC Settings'.
4). Select 'Update and Recovery'
5). Select 'Recovery'
6). Choose the second option: 'Remove everything and reinstall Windows'
Please be aware this will delete all the data you have currently saved on the tablet.
If you have any files you would like to keep we do advise that you transfer them on to either a micro SD memory card or onto a PC.
