When you get the ‘authentication problem’ this is usually a problem with the password that has been entered when trying to connect to your router.
Go into your Settings > WiFi and hold down on your network name, by doing this you should be given an option to 'Forget Network'. Please select this option and try and connect to your network again using the option to view password.
Please be advised the password needs to be exactly as it is shown on the router, including lower and upper case characters.
If you are still having problems trying to connect your tablet to the router, you may want to try another family member or friends WiFi network to see if you are still getting the same issue.
