Hello,
To format the SD card, you will need to ensure when using the device, that you have downloaded the iExpand application. The SD card has to be inserted in the flash drive in order for it to work, otherwise you may receive an error message.
To format your SD card to FAT32, you will need to:
1). Plug the flash drive into your PC (with the SD card inserted).
2). Go to 'My Computer' and right click on the Storage device.
3). On the drop down list, click 'Format'.
4). Go to 'File System' drop menu and select 'FAT32 (default)'.
5). Press 'Start' to begin the format.
