Hello,
In order to connect the FlashDrive to your Mobile device, you will need to:
1). Insert a Micro SD card into the Flash Drive (SD card slot is located on the side of the Flash Drive).
2). Slide the connection switch to the 8-Pin side (please ensure you are putting the button down before sliding).
3). Insert the 8-Pin connection into the mobile device.
* A message will appear to communication with the application, by pressing the allow button this will open the iExpand application. If this does not happen, try to open the application as normal.
4). You will be able to use the flash drive as normal.
PLEASE NOTE: If the SD card does not work with the Flash drive - You may need to format it to FAT23 (Please see solution in tips to resolve issues).
