If you are receiving an error message when you are trying to use the Flash Drive, the main reason for this message is because you do not have an SD card inserted into the Flash Drive.
If an SD card is in the Flash Drive and you are still getting these error messages, you may need to format the SD card to FAT32 (see solution on 'Formatting SD Card To FAT32'). If this does not help to resolve the issue, please try using another SD card with the Flash Drive.
