Hello,
To format the SD card, you will need to ensure when using
the device, that you have downloaded the iExpand application. The SD
card has to be inserted in the flash drive in order for it to work,
otherwise you may receive an error message.
To format the SD card to FAT32 on your Apple Mac PC, you will need to:
1). Open Disk Utilities
2). Click on the external memory you wish to format
3). On the tabs, go to 'Erase'.
4). Change format to 'MS-DOS (FAT)'
5). At the bottom, now press 'Erase...'.
When reformatting process is over your drive will be FAT32
and you can now use it.
