Hello,

If you do not have an option for FAT32 when formatting on a windows PC (applies to 64GB SD cards), you will need to follow the link below for the Formatting software that you download which can format your SD card.

Once we have provided the software, the instructions to use the software can be found below:

1). Ensure the iFlash drive is plugged into your PC with your SD card inserted.
2). Open the 'guiformat' software

3). On the software, select the driver name. For example if the driver for the flash drive shows as Removable disk (E:) then select the (E:) on the drop down menu.

4). Allocate the size of memory you wish to format. If you wish to format the whole memory choose the biggest option available.
5). Ensure 'Quick Format' is ticked in the tick box
6). Press start to Format , the bar at the bottom will stow you the status.

To check that the format has worked correctly, go back to 'My computer' and right click on the driver you have formatted. Go down to 'Properties' and in 'General' you will see 'File system' which tells you the format of the SD card.
