In order to connect your tablet to your PC, can you please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure the tablet is connected to the PC via the USB lead.

  2. On the top left hand corner, drag down from that.

  3. A list will appear, please select USB connect.

  4. It will then ask you to turn on USB storage, turn this on.


Once you have done this, your computer should then recognise your tablet.

If the PC does not recognise your tablet, please go to your 'Settings' > 'Storage' and in the top right corner you will see three dots in a line. Click onto these three dots and click 'USB Computer Connection'.

A list will appear and give you options to connect the tablet as a 'Media Device (MTP)', 'Camera (PTP)' and 'Mass Storage'. Please choose to connect the tablet as a 'Media Device (MTP)'.

Once you have done this, go into 'Your Computer' to view the Device with Removeable storage.
